Rangers playing into a strong head wind put pressure on 10 man Brandesburton from the whistle and were two goals up in the first two minutes. Constant pressure saw Rangers rewarded with 12 goals before half time with their keeper only having a couple of touches from long through balls. The second half saw Rangers almost caught out from the kick off but a poor finish by the Brandesburton forward resulted in a goal kick. After that the ball rarely made it out of the Brandesburton half and Rangers scored a further 9 goals before the final whistle.
